Do you enjoy collaborating with other coaches? Are you well-versed in DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategies?
At ICF, our vision is to make coaching an integral part of a thriving society. To achieve this, we must first ensure that coaches have the resources and support they need to thrive. Every day, we work towards creating a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just coaching profession for all coaches and clients worldwide.
ICF is deeply committed to placing diversity, inclusion, and belonging at the forefront of every decision we make within our organization. To this end, we have established and will continue to develop unique and engaging opportunities for individuals to contribute to ICF's DEIB initiatives.
ICF's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) program seeks volunteers for our Member Resource Groups:
Specifically, we need:
Young Professionals (40 and Under) (1 spot)
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (1-2 spot)
Persons with Disabilities (1-2 spots)
DEIB Practitioners Group (1 Facilitator)
Official term began 01/2026. Training will happen upon selection.
