Description:

Registration & Welcome Volunteers

As a Registration & Welcome Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors. Your primary responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, providing information about upcoming events, assisting with registration, and fostering a positive atmosphere. Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role, making it ideal for those who enjoy engaging with others.

  • Each shift will be approximately 2.5 hours (unless noted)
  • Complete the volunteer application with your preferred times, dates, and topics of interest.
  • Session assignments will be sent out one week prior to the conference.
  • All volunteers are required to complete online training prior to their shift.

 We look forward to seeing you in San Diego in October. All volunteers who complete their volunteer training, attend their entire shift, and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics will be entered into the drawing for a free On-Demand Event of your choice after the conference.
