ICF Global DEIB Community Ambassador

If you’re looking for a simple, meaningful way to get more involved with ICF Global, I’d love to have you join us as a DEIB Community Ambassador. Our MRGs and DEIB Practitioners Collective thrive when real coaches show up, spark conversation, and help others feel welcome.

This role is one to two weeks each month, about 30 to 60 minutes per week. We give you the prompts. You post, you respond, you connect. Your presence keeps our communities active, warm, and reflective of our DEIB values.

If you enjoy encouraging others, starting conversations, and building connections across the coaching community, this is such an easy way to make a real impact. We’d love for you to join us.

• Current ICF member in good standing (Required)
• Active member of an ICF Member Resource Group (MRG) or the DEIB Practitioners Collective (Required)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the ICF Engage platform (Required)
• Interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and a passion for community connection (Required)
• Positive, encouraging communication style and ability to facilitate respectful discussion (Required)
• Prior experience engaging in online communities or facilitating group dialogue (Preferred)
• Credential of ACC or higher
